Work it with a workshop
During a workshop with DENKie experts, we explored the various options in an accessible way. Using mood boards, we visualized our vision for internal communication. The findings from this workshop formed the basis for the branding for Latexco’s prevention service.
Launch of Dreamteam Latexco
Dreamteam Latexco became a fact. Latexco will now bring its employees together under this name. To this end, we launched our mascot Tex, the friendly wolf, who will keep all Latexco employees awake and alert from now on. In HR and HSE campaigns, Tex shares all his tips to improve safety in the workplace.
Clear photography for a clear message
For the photos we worked with professional models. They clearly visualized potentially dangerous situations in the Latexco buildings. This allowed us to create sufficient photographic material for posters, signs, internal visuals, and more.
A new campaign every quarter
Latexco wanted to focus on a new safety theme every quarter. For example, there was the Slip & Trip campaign to prevent fall incidents. The scoreboard in the production area kept track of the number of days without falls. After 70 days without incident, 5 wonderful Latexco mattresses were raffled among the employees. We are also putting PPE in the spotlight for one quarter: from protective clothing to earplugs. Protection is key!
The final push towards greater safety
With mascot Tex and cool nudges, Latexco encourages its employees to work alertly and safely. In addition to the scoreboard for the production area, we also developed a placemat on which the 7 hazards can be indicated. Truly everyone was involved in the journey towards a safer Latexo, even the little ones, with, for example, a fun coloring page.
