At DENKie, we believe that safety only truly works when everyone is on board. Language plays a crucial role in this. Thanks to our multilingual approach<\/strong>, we can deliver clear, accessible, and motivating messages for every employee. We’re not limited to Dutch! For example, we developed the action card and visuals for Clarebout entirely in French. This two-part A5 booklet bundled all the assignments in a compact and clear format, so every employee knew exactly what was expected of them. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

We developed three interactive games on different themes. These included a video quiz about emergency situations<\/strong>, a search image with hazards to match with the correct solution, and visuals with questions about safety symbols<\/strong>. These were fully tailored to situations at Clarebout. Thanks to our preliminary “Train the Trainer” session at the company, the supervisors were well-informed about the various tasks. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Even after the safety games, safety remains a top priority at Clarebout. That’s why we provided clear visuals of the results<\/strong> that could be displayed on the screens afterward. But we went a step further: using a poster <\/strong>to highlight a few specific points of attention that increase safety.
