This clarifies what is expected in the event of illness, what breaks there are, what PPE is required, and more. Even the important icons used within the company are explained. The result? For seven different bottleneck positions within the three social enterprises, we worked with DENKie to create animated videos providing detailed information about each position. Unlike the general introduction and safety videos, these videos go into more detail about the specific instructions for each bottleneck job. Pocket cards are handy cards that you can easily distribute and keep track of at work. For social enterprise De Oesterbank, we created various cards with a range of topics, from waste sorting to rules regarding breaks. Working in a Dutch-speaking environment as a non-native speaker can be challenging. That is why we created a practical and visually appealing pictorial book for Lavoro. This book contains clear illustrations of various objects, with their Dutch names and translations into five other languages. This allows non-native speakers to easily look up the right words and communicate better in the workplace. Commuting is an important issue for every employee. For Lavoro, we created two animated videos on the theme of \u201cCycling safely to work\u201d. One video focuses on promoting cycling as an attractive alternative to driving. Thanks to clear advantages (such as time savings, health and environmental friendliness), we want to inspire employees to cycle to work more often. The other video focuses on safe cycling in Ostend’s city traffic.
