Safety works best when the message feels recognizable and personal. That\u2019s why we also refreshed the branding. We gave the existing mascots, Sam and Isa, a fresh makeover so they aligned perfectly with the new safety communication. In addition, we designed new characters that illustrate specific situations and safety instructions. To further strengthen their presence, we also developed a striking roll-up banner that was placed at strategic locations within the production environment. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

Themes that stick<\/b><\/span><\/p><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The first theme focused on general safety rules, such as always wearing PPE, respecting zero tolerance, keeping the workplace tidy, reporting unsafe situations, and never walking under suspended loads. In the second quarter, the focus shifted to LMRA, teaching employees to pause and consider risks before starting work. In the third quarter, we addressed the topic of waste and sorting. Finally, we focused on safe behavior. General safety rules<\/b><\/span><\/p><\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The basics of safety need to be crystal clear. That\u2019s why we created an eye-catching poster and an animated video that bring the general safety rules to life. We designed a practical ring binder including pocket cards explaining the ten building blocks of these rules, so every employee literally has them at hand. Short, powerful visuals appeared on screens throughout the company to reinforce the message. And with a creative search illustration, we even turned safety awareness into a fun game where participants could win a small notepad. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t

For the LMRA (Last Minute Risk Analysis) theme, we wanted to encourage employees to always perform that final safety check before starting work. We developed a poster and an animated video to explain the principle in a clear and recognizable way. Pocket cards presented the LMRA approach step by step, while screen visuals kept the topic visible on a daily basis. Additional impact came from fun mirror stickers: a reminder to pause and think about safety. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
