On the road with Crossie, Harri & Naomi
The Volvo safety cross was the source of inspiration for mascot Crossie. The cross contains five main themes around safety. If all of the cross has been coloured in at the end of the day, then the safety plan was a success! Crossie gets support with communication from Harri & Naomi. This cool trio plays a starring role in the videos and together they are exceptional advisers!
Animated videos that get a response
We create animated videos each quarter that highlight a specific theme. In the videos, we provide specific examples and lots of tips & tricks. They are always bite-size and clear for all employees. Video was also the perfect tool to launch the well-being campaign. The videos present our trio of mascots and give several clear tips to employees that they can put into practice right away.
Cool communication tools for support
Safety comes first in Volvo’s work environment. Fun visuals remind employees to eat healthily and adopt an ergonomic posture. They are kept up to date on current topics through the screens and the accompanying videos. We also reinforce the message with additional communication. This communication ranges from enormous signs with the mascots to fun gadgets for events or a Crossie key fob with a QR code that takes you to the video. Everything’s possible!
