One, two, three. Action!
Each participant received a handy action card, designed in the branding we created for ALPLA. The A5-sized foldout clearly explained the three assignments. The card not only provided practical information, but also inspired participants: why safety matters and how each person can contribute to a safer workplace. To maximize the impact, we added on-site support. Our safety expert was present during four half-days to guide the games, answer questions, and facilitate conversations. This personal presence created an extra layer of engagement. Catch the atmosphere in the video!
3 interactive assignments
The safety game consisted of three interactive assignments, each linked to a specific safety theme. These included a video with a quiz about hearing protection, a search assignment about recognising hazards, and a crack the code assignment about TRA. The assignments encouraged active participation and mutual dialogue. This is how we make safety tangible and discussable.
Convenient screen communication
All graphic elements, from the announcement visual to the assignments and solutions, were also delivered separately in JPG format. This allowed them to be used on the digital screens throughout the site, increasing visibility and ensuring the message was repeated.
