One clear safety message for everyone
At the heart of the campaign were clear core messages about safe working at Eastman, such as permits, incident reporting, and speaking up when in doubt. These messages were translated visually into posters, screen visuals, and panels, making them quickly recognizable and easy to understand for all contractors, regardless of their role or nationality.
Orientation and site access simplified
To guide contractors safely and efficiently around the site, we developed clear site maps showing fixed routes, no-go zones, muster points, and key facilities. Large panels, maps, and “you are here” indicators help visitors move around correctly and reduce confusion upon arrival and during their work.
Visibility at critical locations
The campaign was extended to the places where safety matters most: at the entrance, in Safety Street, at permit centers, and on the work floor itself. With helmet stickers, life-size visuals, and clear signage, safety remained continuously visible. In this way, the communication not only supported the Turnaround, but also contributed to a consistent long-term safety culture.
