The client’s request

Milcobel, a leading Belgian company in the dairy industry, wanted to take its internal safety communication to the next level. The goal: to engage employees in an original, relatable, and positive way with topics like safety and quality within the production environment. They turned to DENKie to develop toolboxes and nudges.

Our solution

Together with Milcobel, we determined the themes and desired impact for each campaign. We developed a compelling branding strategy with a recognizable mascot, characters, and a powerful label to incorporate into the campaigns. This not only activates the content but also builds brand recognition.

Safety and quality campaigns

Each toolbox campaign revolves around a specific theme that we work out in consultation with Milcobel. For a number of campaigns, we start from our hybrid concept, whereby we adapt an existing video to the customer’s style. For example, we created videos for Milcobel on topics such as: “Don’t reach into moving machinery”, “Think before you act”, “Don’t give pests a chance,” and “Avoid foreign objects in production.”

Small nudges, big impact

For each campaign, we also provide nudges that can be used alongside the animated videos. These are small, fun reminders that encourage behavioral change. Think of a game sheet, a search picture, and compliment cards. The link to the topics and the dairy industry makes it relatable!
