Guidance by experts
During Safety Week, our own experienced safety experts provided guidance. On Tuesday, our Safety Professional Frans gave two sessions for managers on current safety topics. On Thursday, our trainer Kevin led four sessions for administrative staff, focusing on ergonomics, movement, and mental well-being.
Interactive safety games
On Wednesday, production employees took part in the Safety Games, guided by Tekniplex’s own trainers. We created two interactive games built around familiar safety themes. The “crack the code” challenge encouraged visual alertness and risk awareness regarding LMRA and near misses. In the second activity, a “spot the hazards” puzzle, participants searched for the right solutions to avoid dangerous situations. All game components were fully developed and printed. In addition, we also made all activities digitally accessible via QR codes.
Mutual experience on Friday
The week concluded with an overarching Safety Day for all employees. For this, we developed visuals highlighting the safety experience, a compact pocket-sized booklet with key insights, and lasting, catchy mirror stickers as tangible reminders of Safety Week.
