Safety on the roof
For WDP, DENKie developed two animated videos containing tailored instructions, depending on the safety measures present on the roof. Through the personalized access platform, contractors register themselves, select their preferred language (available in six languages), and are shown the correct video. This is followed by a short test. Upon successful completion, they immediately receive their certificate. In this way, WDP ensures that everyone enters their roofs well prepared and provides an extra incentive to work safely.
Safety made visible at every location
To support the safety procedure on site as well, DENKie designed clear signage placed at roof access points. These signs contain concise instructions and a QR code that leads directly to the correct video and test, depending on the safety measures present on the roof. The signs have now been rolled out across multiple WDP sites throughout Europe. In addition to the signage, we also provided clear mailings. Property managers received the necessary information to coordinate the procedure, tenants were informed accordingly, and contractors themselves received clear guidance on the steps they need to follow.
