Safety awareness and risk perception
For project leaders and project managers, we developed two complementary sessions focused on safety awareness and risk perception. Through recognizable on-site scenarios, a Safety Memory Game and dilemma cards, participants discovered how safety comes under pressure due to time pressure, routine and planning choices. Not “stupid mistakes”, but realistic tensions, from improvisation to underestimated risks and deviations driven by experience. By analyzing and scoring situations together, safety was translated into conscious choices and leadership at the right moment.
Behavior and a speak-up culture
For contract managers and technicians, the focus was on behavior on the work floor. Through interactive games, participants discovered how small choices, taking shortcuts, improvising or staying silent, can have major consequences. At the same time, the speak-up culture was strengthened: when do you address someone, and how do you do this in a respectful way? This helped build the understanding that safety is not an individual responsibility, but something you actively safeguard as a team.
Psychological safety and collaboration
For office employees, psychological safety was central. Through role plays based on recognizable situations such as workload, giving feedback, addressing mistakes or setting boundaries, participants practiced how to have difficult conversations and support one another. By experiencing these situations instead of just talking about them, psychological safety became tangible and open for discussion within teams.
Movement and ergonomics as part of safety
Safety does not stop at physical risks. During the session on movement and ergonomics, employees discovered how stress and prolonged sitting impact their bodies. Through a movement carousel with short, practical exercises, they experienced how small movements can make a big difference. With the Ergomotion check-in, participants reflected on their own body and habits, and translated this into concrete actions for their daily work.
Pocket booklets and reminders for lasting impact
Participants received a pocket booklet tailored to their target group, with key insights and practical tips from the sessions. The coin box serves as a small, lasting reminder to keep safety and collaboration top of mind on the work floor every day.
