Safetyboarding platform - one structure, flexible per site
The Safetyboarding platform forms the basis of the onboarding process. Visitors, contractors and drivers are guided through the key site rules and agreements using short videos. Everything is digital and available in the right language, ensuring that everyone immediately understands what is expected of them.
After the onboarding, a short check follows, after which external parties are granted access to the site. At the same time, the organisation keeps a clear overview of who has completed the instructions and when.

Visitors - clear and visual from the very first moment
For visitors, we developed onboarding videos that guide them step by step through their arrival and visit. From registration and parking to following pedestrian routes and general safety rules, everything is explained in a simple and visual way. The videos were tailored to each site with specific agreements, so visitors immediately know what is expected at that location.
Contractors - prepared to work safely
For contractors, we developed a more extensive onboarding, tailored to their activities and risks. In addition to general rules, the focus is on working safely: PPE, work permits, LMRA and correctly dealing with machines and situations on the shop floor. Here too, the videos were personalised per site, so contractors not only know the general guidelines, but also the specific expectations and risks of the location where they will be working.
Drivers - safe movement on site
For drivers, we developed onboarding videos that guide them step by step during their visit to the site. The focus is on safe circulation, loading and unloading procedures, PPE, speed limits, safe zones and correctly securing the load.
Collaboration with forklifts and other company vehicles is also explained clearly and visually. The video is available in 11 languages, ensuring that every driver clearly understands the instructions.
