Watertight workshop
During the workshop, Pentair and the DENKie team took a deep dive into the current safety and corporate culture. How can employees approach their work in a safe, sustainable and ergonomic manner? And how do they feel? Based on the results, we will work together to create a pleasant and safe working environment.
FRESH branding
Pentair will now be operating under a FRESH brand and label. FRESH stands for Fun, Respect, Environment, Safety and Health. Mascots Polly, Sophie and Penny launch the HR and HSE campaign via a DENKie video. The video immerses employees in important FRESH topics. These include psychosocial well-being and health in the workplace, as well as themes such as quality work and occupational health and safety.
Thank you campaign successfully trickles through
There are many ways to thank employees. Pentair asked DENKie to do this in a creative way, far removed from all the clichés. That’s how the Thank You campaign came about. Every employee received a nice postcard at home. A DENKie video further emphasised the appreciation for the employees. Even within the company itself, it was impossible to miss the colourful beach flags.
Long-term partnership
A long-term vision is essential to achieve sustainable results. That is why Pentair remains committed to safety within the company. In collaboration with DENKie, regular internal safety campaigns and ad hoc DENKie videos are produced to maintain a high level of safety culture.
