Watertight workshop
During the workshop, Pentair and the DENKie team dived into current safety and company culture. How can employees tackle their work while being mindful of safe practices, sustainability and ergonomics? How do they feel about it? We used the results to do everything possible to create a pleasant and safe working environment.
FRESH branding
From now on, Pentair will be working with FRESH branding and labels. FRESH stands for Fun, Respect, Environment, Safety and Health. The HR and HSE campaign was launched by company mascots Polly, Sophie and Penny through a DENKie video. The video gets employees up to speed with important FRESH topics, such as psychosocial well-being and health in the workplace. It also looks at topics such as quality work and gives prominence to hygiene and safety at work.
‘Thank You’ campaign is a resounding success
There are many ways in which you can thank employees. Pentair asked DENKie to do this in a creative style and avoid any clichés, which was how the ‘Thank You’ campaign emerged. A fun postcard was sent to each employee’s home address. The company further highlighted its appreciation for its employees with a DENKie video. It was also impossible to ignore all of the colourful beach flags inside the company.
Long-term partnership
It’s essential to have a long-term vision if you want to achieve sustainable results. That’s why Pentair continues to double down on safety inside the company. In conjunction with DENKie, there will be regular internal safety campaigns and occasional DENKie videos to maintain employees’ awareness about the safety culture.
