This ensures that everyone is ready to visit the site with the maximum of safety!
The world of Hydro in your pocket
DENKie designed a fun booklet for Hydro Lichtervelde. Staff at the aluminium plant literally walk around with the company’s golden rules in their back pocket. As it says on the cover in the local dialect: “This is how we roll here”. By adding a dose of humour, they’re able to unite staff members and make them enthusiastic about closely following the safety rules.
Toolbox to-go
DENKie provided a creative twist for some frequently occurring situations. From now on, Hydro Lichtervelde will be distributing the first-aid toolbox to its staff. Inside they will find the handy booklet with a QR code to two DENKie videos with examples or tips. Better still, they can find information about how to prevent accidents in the future.
Welcome on board!
Hydro extends a warm welcome to new staff members. The factory in Lichtervelde has an onboarding process with six DENKie videos. This enables new Hydro staff to immediately take in the most important information so they can safely get on with the job, ranging from general information to what to do in an emergency, working with roller bridges, etc.
Safety comes first at Harderwijk too
Working in an aluminium plant involves using high-tech machinery, so safe working practices are also a top priority for Hydro Harderwijk. Through an animated DENKie video, staff learn exactly how to handle lifting equipment or how to move aluminium profiles correctly and safely around the plant.
