Micro as motor of the campaigns
The mascot Micro is running at full speed to create a pleasant working environment together with the IGW team. He gives employees handy tips and tricks on well-being at work. Together with his friends Ilse, Gert, and Wassim, he is fully committed to clear and clever communication.
Gear up safety!
Thanks to the creation of an animation video, we reinforced the slogan “Gear up safety!”. This included inspiring examples related to the different focus areas. The house of IGW also comes into the picture. A virtual house representing IGW’s values, vision, and goals.
Kick-off poster
Posters publicised the campaign in an accessible way within the company. The QR code contains a direct link to the safety campaign. Clear and simple!
Life-sized signs
Life-sized signs were also part of the picture. Micro, Ilse, Gert, and Wassim are on hand to help everyone discover the well-being campaign.
Prevention is better than cure.
The launch campaign was followed by a publicity campaign regarding cuts. Because preventing cuts is better than curing them! The importance of safety gloves and a tidy working environment was highlighted. That way, employees work safely and return home without injuries. Because safety and well-being will always be important, IGW also opted for a quarterly campaign. This means more DENKie campaigns for IGW are in the works!
