The client’s request

The Bayer production site in Antwerp leads the market in areas such as crop-protection products and seeds. Bayer approached DENKie for branding services and additional support for their safety campaign. This included a request for a launch campaign and powerful tools for their Safety Day.

Our solution

DENKie got around the table with Bayer for an HR and HSE-communication workshop. This enabled DENKie to gain an overview of the needs and an appropriate solution. Things such as a media library, animation videos, stickers and outdoor signs.

The Bay in Bayer

Mascotte Bay along with Bart, Bilal and Britt are responsible for Bayer’s safety communication. The label created by DENKie lends even more weight to their message: Safety – Take Care of What Matters. Bayer’s branding includes carefully selected colours applied consistently throughout.

Care, trust, ownership

The three core values of Bayer are clearly formulated, but how to apply them in practice? In an animated video by DENKie, 10 tips for Bayer’s employees are given by Bay and his friends. Through this, they build trust, take care of each other’s safety and work together towards the future of our planet. The accompanying poster contains a QR code leading directly to the video in the DENKie media library.

Smile for safety!

Bay received a flashy safety vest for Bayer’s Safety Day, and DENKie provided a life-sized board for photographs. Smile for safety! Additional posters and signs carrying an important message adorned the big tent on Safety Day.

An even safer helmet

At Bayer, the safety helmet is an important piece of PPE. We designed a sticker displaying the internal emergency number to further improve safety. The stickers adhere well to the helmets but are not permanent. Perfect for the future!
